- Machine-made custom full wig service where you send in your hair extensions
- Wig must include either a BRAND NEW lace frontal or BRAND NEW lace closure All hair must be clean and free of any previous threading or glue before sending us or we will not touch it and send it right back to you
- The wig comes customized with plucked hairline (frontal only) & baby hairs on a mesh (breathable) dome cap unless you request when order is placed for the mesh cap with straps
- The knots will come bleached if you do not want the knots bleached leave us a note during check out.
- Wig combs and/or an elastic band can be added to the unit complimentary. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like either/or added
- With this service you will be able to securely wear your wig without any lace glue, tape or gel!
- Wig will come in it's natural state if you do not select a styling service when order is placed
- Once order is placed you will receive an email with the address to send your hair as well the request for your head measurements
- Please allow up to 10 business days after your hair has been received for construction of your wig then it will be shipped out to you. Pictures show two wigs that have been made to show the custom hair line on a frontal and closure wig.
- YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH PICTURES OF YOUR WIG BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME, CHANGES CAN BE MADE BEFORE SHIPMENT.

Processing can take up to 5 business days not including the day you ordered. After your order is processed and tracking number is sent shipping can take up to 4 business days (USA ONLY) for you to receive it. Please contact United States Postal Service if package is delayed. We strongly advise you not to make any hair appointments until you receive your hair. Orders are shipped via USPS and a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. All shipping and billing addresses must match or your ordered will not be permitted at checkout until both fields are equal. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address (undeliverable) you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED OR INVALID ADDRESSED SHIPMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US.. All sales are FINAL, NO refunds NO exchanges once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact your post office for further details once you receive tracking number. If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any products that we have shipped and are delivered by the USPS but you fail to receive. As the case is that we did our part and the tracking number is proof the package has been delivered, with a signature confirmation, we will not issue you a refund. What we advise you to do is to further have the post office investigate. A claim would need to be made with the USPS so that they can investigate where your package was actually delivered to and have it retrieved. International Shipping International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required from your local postal service. International shipping cost $35.00 for any country outside of the U.S.A. and will be shipped via USPS Priority International shipping. International orders should be received within 10 business days after processing time is complete.
