  • Shantel Necole Hair LLC,  we source all of our hair to complete your order. With that being said all orders are considered custom made and must go through production before shipment. 
  • All orders processing/production time will take approximately 15-21 business days from the business day the order is received ( Note: If you place an order during the weekend or a Holiday the order will NOT start processing until the next business day)
  • Due to Covid 19 Unfortunately ,there MAYBE some shipping delays which are outside of our control. We ship USPS Priority Mail (typically 2-3 business days) Will now be extended up to an additional 5 business days for you to receive your shipment .

**Please note: This does not apply to custom invoice orders, we will notify you of the processing & shipping time before placing your order, and prior to an invoice being sent to you.  

  • Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Processing can take up to 7 business days not including the day you ordered.
  • Processing for any sales we have can take up to 20  business days unless otherwise noted.
  • After your order is processed and tracking number is sent shipping can take up to 5 business days (USA ONLY) for you to receive it. Please contact United States Postal Service if package is delayed.
  • We strongly advise you not to make any hair appointments until you receive your hair.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS and a signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

 We do not ship to any P.O. Box address.  All shipping and billing addresses must match or your ordered will not be permitted at checkout until both fields are equal. If your order billing and shipping DO NOT match additional information will be required within 24 hours or the order will be canceled. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. 

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address (undeliverable) you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED OR INVALID ADDRESSED SHIPMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US..


All sales are FINAL, NO refunds NO exchanges  once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact your post office for further details once you receive tracking number.

 If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any products that we have shipped and are delivered by the USPS but you fail to receive. As the case is that we did our part and the tracking number is proof the package has been delivered, with a signature confirmation, we will not issue you a refund. What we advise you to do is to further have the post office investigate. A claim would need to be made with the USPS so that they can investigate where your package was actually delivered to and have it retrieved. 

International Shipping
International Shipments must clear customs.  The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required from your local postal service. 

International shipping cost $50.00 for any country outside of the U.S.A. and will be shipped via UPS or DHL International shipping. International orders should be received within 7-10 business days after processing time is complete.

Shantel Necole Hair, LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Limitation of Liability
Shantel Necole Hair, LLC, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Shantel Necole Hair, LLC will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Shantel Necole Hair, LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Shantel Necole Hair, LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
