A claim would need to be made with the USPS so that they can investigate where your package was actually delivered to and have it retrieved. International Shipping International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. International shipping cost $35.00 for any country outside of the U.S.A. and will be shipped via USPS Priority International shipping. International orders should be received within 10 business days after processing time is complete.
